By placing an order with Blissy Jewellery you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and condition below


If you are not completely happy with your order, for whatever reason please contact Blissy Jewellery within 3 working days via email to let us know if we can assist or help you with your purchase or return the item unused, in its original packaging with all labels intact within 14 working days.


Please send by recorded delivery and provide a tracking number and retain receipt, upon receiving it we will refund you within 30 working days. Buyer is responsible for return postage & packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving your purchase in unused condition and in original packaging with all tags intact


Bespoke Designs


Bespoke designs are goods commissioned to your own specifications and are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes designs featured in Blissy Jewellery collections that are altered (however slight) from our standard design in colour, finish, height, width, shape or composition.


Due to hygiene reasons Blissy Jewellery cannot accept earrings back


Blissy Jewellery reserve the right to refuse returns of goods not in their original condition.


Blissy Jewellery does not accept responsibility for postage fees, nor for any items lost or stolen in transit.


If your item is received damaged please contact us immediately so we can arrange return of the item, we will then send you a replacement  and re-reimburse you for the cost the return postage

Refunds will not be given for used goods or goods returned after your wedding


Postage-Delivery Timescales


Blissy Jewellery accept various methods of payment. You can pay securely via Pay Pal online. Pay Pal accept all major credit/debit cards. Pay Pal requires registration for first time users


Delivery timescales


Dispatch is within 2/3 working days for standard items in stock and 7 - 28 day time frame for customised or bespoke designs


You will be notified by email when your order has been completed and dispatched


Blissy Jewellery does not take responsibility for late arrival or loss of your package please contact your local post office to make inquiries (we always keep postage receipts ). Items sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery are tracked.

If there is no one to sign for the package upon delivery the Post office will leave a 'While you were out' card informing you that your package is awaiting collection at your local depot


If the package is not collected within 7 days they will return it to Blissy Jewellery If this situation occurs you will be notified by email and asked to pay for the redelivery of your goods

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the dispatch address is correct. Addresses that aren't recognized by Royal Mail upon a delay or lost package query cannot claim compensation


Please note that in the event you are not in a card will be left by Royal Mail for you to collect within 7 days

We except no responsibility for parcels not collected within the time scale it will be up to you to track your order with Royal Mail
All orders under £100.00 are free postage and will be posted by recorded Delivery

All orders  above £100 are £8.50 and are sent by special delivery

We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.


Blissy Jewellery reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.
